【砂金設備設備簡介】  

本套砂金設備為移動式五分離篩分設備，是我公司根據客戶需求進成研發設計而成；

本砂金設備設計結構合理緊湊，發電機組集成在底盤上，附帶牽引&轉向系統，可以使用牽引車輛輕松移動至工作場地；其中選砂金機械篩分系統使用了新型核心技術的絞洗式滾筒篩，其優勢如下：

選金礦機械滾筒篩動力采用雙鏈條驅動設計，動能傳遞均勻、傳遞效率高，可以有效節省用電量；

選金礦機械內層篩采用沖孔工藝制作，內含多條鉸刀從頭部覆蓋至尾部，能夠對物料進行充分絞洗脫泥，極大的提高了篩分效率；

選金礦機械滾筒篩供水系統采用中央供水+側供水方式，中央供水直沖滾筒篩底部物料；

側供水負責沖洗外層篩網，能夠有效防止外層篩網堵孔。
進料斗進料采用高壓水反沖系統，可以保證均勻進料；
出料系統采用3條輸送機+兩條?273排料管進行排料。

Brief Introduction

This set of mobile screening machine in 5 size materials is according to customer’s requirement,designed and manufactured by our company;

The design of the equipment with new and reasonable and compact, the generate set is located on the truck chassis, with highly efficient driving and direction system, which can be easily moved to destination with driving car, in which the screening system with new type of reamers screening technology, the advantages are as follows:

The trommel screen with double chain driving design, the kinetic energy transfer uniform,transfer efficiency high,electricity consumption can be saved effectively;

The inner sieve is made by punching process, which contains reamers covering  all over from the head to end, which can fully wring the material and getting rid off the clay, which greatly improves the screening efficiency;

The water supplying system with central and sides water supplying,the central can swilling big size material;

The sides water supplying system to swill the screen mesh and can effectively prevent it from being plugged.

The feeding with high pressure water swilling the material which will be well distributed into trommel screen,the discharging with 3pcs transport conveyor and 2 pcs ?273 discharging pipe.
